Up-Cycled Easter Bunny Flower Vase
Hippity Hop, Hippity Hop, Easter’s on it’s way!
This festive flower vase is so cute and so easy to make. It serves as an awesome kid craft, that they can then keep at home to bring out each Spring, gift to a friend, family member, teacher or special someone.
The assembly is simple:
First, devour a jar of your favorite Wacky Apple applesauce. Next, rinse out the jar and peel off the label (if you wish. It still works with the label on). Lastly, using acrylic paint, paint the jar white and then add on your cute bunny face using more acrylic paint or a black Sharpie.
Once it’s dry, fill it with favorite spring blooms and soak in the benefits that fresh flowers bring into your home. Besides grinning ear to ear every time you look at the bouquet (and beautiful homemade vase), you may also feel a sense of calmness, positivity about life, and overall increased feeling of motivation and happiness. 🌷
EASTER BUNNY 🐰 FLOWER VASE:
Supplies:
- Wacky Apple Glass Applesauce Jar (rinsed and dried. With or without the label)
- Acrylic Paint; white and pink (optional black )
- Paintbrushes
- Black Sharpie
- Natural yarn or ribbon
Directions:
First, devour a jar of your favorite Wacky Apple applesauce. Next, rinse out the jar and peel off the label (if you wish. It still works with the label on). Then, using acrylic paint, paint the jar white. Let the paint dry 60 minutes. You can decide now if you want to do a double coat. If doing a double coat, paint again and let it dry for another hour or until dry. Lastly, add on your cute bunny face using more acrylic paint or a black Sharpie and tie the top of the jar with ribbon or yarn.
