Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bowls
3/4 cup cooked quinoa
1 small apple, cored and chopped
1/4 cup almonds or other nuts
3/4 cup your favorite non-dairy or cow’s milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional toppings: shredded coconut, chia, hemp or flax seeds,
Place the quinoa, chopped apple and nuts into a bowl. Add the milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
