Cranberry Sauce:
Ingredients:
1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup of Wacky Apple apple juice
1/4 cup honey or agave
1 tablespoon of freshly grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Combine all ingredients, except honey/agave in a saucepan, stir to combine and cook on medium heat until the cranberries start to soften and make a popping sound. Usually around 15 minutes but may take longer or shorter depending on stove temperatures. Just watch and enjoy the wonderful aroma that will fill the house. When cranberries are softened, stir in the honey or agave while it is still warm. Remove saucepan from heat and let cool. Can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
