Pumpkin Apple Pie Overnight Oats
We took our original overnight oatmeal recipe and added in fresh, sweet apples and rich pumpkin for a nutrient rich breakfast that tastes a lot like our favorite Apple or Pumpkin Pie.
Apple Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oatmeal:
-Mason Jar or cup with a lid
-1/2 cup organic, old fashioned oatmeal
-1/4 cup Wacky Apple applesauce, flavor of your choice
-1/3 cup pumpkin purée
-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
-2/3 cup milk of choice (almond, cow, soy, coconut, cashew, etc)
-chopped fresh apples and pecans for the top if desired
Place all ingredients in a mason jar, close the lid tightly and shake ingredients to combine. Leave in the refrigerator overnight or up to 3 days. In the morning, stir and top with fresh apples and pecans if desired. Serve in a bowl or eat it right out of the jar!
