Wild Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

A smoothie that is loaded with antioxidant rich berries, apples, yogurt and coconut water to replenish electrolytes naturally.  This is the perfect drink for boosting immunity and during times of sickness to help fight colds and flu.

Wild Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packet Sambazon
  2. 1 4 oz container So Delicious Rasberry Yogurt
  3. 1 4oz cup Wacky Apple wild berry sauce
  4. 1 cup Coconut water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
