Immune Booster Smoothie
Fight the winter sickies with immune boosting foods:
- Ginger: an anti-inflammatory food proven to fight colds and flu and ease nausea

Immune Booster Smoothie
Makes 1 10oz smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less liquid depending on consistency.
- 1 cup fresh kale or spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup Wacky Apple apple juice
