PB&J Smoothie
This smoothie will take you right on back to your childhood days of packing up your peanut butter and jelly sandwich with your juice box and an apple in your cool metal lunchbox and heading off to school. It’s almost too good to share!
PB&J Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 of an apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (we used a mix of strawberry, blueberry and blackberry)
- 1 200 ml container of Wacky Apple Apple juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
